My friend told me that Chinese herbs and Ayurveda herbs are similar so I bought Triphala to try. After taking it for a week I noticed that I ‘m more energetic during the day and sleep well in the night. I can’t explain it but I like the change in my body now. My name is Sumathi. I was falling ill frequently and am prone to fever, cough and cold. I went for a consultation with Kumudini Shoba during her last visit to Singapore and was introduced to Triphala (for bowel movements) and Immune Support (Ayurvedic medication) as I was informed that most problems in our body are caused by poor bowel movements. I was contemplating in consuming the said capsules as I was worried about side-effects.

Eventually I decided to give it a try. I was advised to take two capsules of Triphala every night and one capsule of immune support every morning. I followed as advised. My bowel movements regularized and my metabolism rate improved. I have since gained some weight, having a glow on my face and not as sickly as described by my friends earlier.

I believe that taking the Immune Support had a huge role in keeping
me energized, alert and active. The Immune Support has increased the power of resistance of common flu and fever. Since the consumption of the capsules and regular exercise, I feel much healthier and there are no side-effects.
